Seven years ago I embarked on a trip to Thailand that (without knowing then) would change my life.

During that trip I found a new home, had a revitalizing reset in life and met my now husband.

Not only was the blend of nature, culture and training here beneficial to my physical wellbeing, it served as an instrument for my mental health, a way to empower my ADHD brain.

Since then, I have used Muay Thai, Yoga and Fitness as a tool for self-improvement and personal growth.

My mission through this retreat is to create a safe place for women to train, grow and connect together. To revitalize their spirit and empower them to take on life with a sense of adventure.

And most importantly, to create memories and bonds that last a lifetime.
